As founder and Director Alex is an integral part of the company. With his experience and skillset he defines the company's strategic direction and works closely with the General Manager and the whole team to deliver on our clients' requirements and expectations. Alex holds degrees in Engineering, Marketing and an MBA in General Management and Entrepreneurship. He has worked in several industries and spent a good part of his career in the construction and project management industry.

Simon is a PMP certified professional with 20+ years of experience in Project and General Management in technical and business operations. He runs the daily business and is our clients' and business partners' first point of contact. Simon brings great experience in leading high value project portfolios for internationally renowned, global businesses across a broad spectrum of industries including Equipment Manufacturing & Distribution, Service and Maintenance, as well as Retail. Simon holds a Masters' Degree in Geographical Information Systems and is a certified Project Manager as well.

Thiago is a highly experienced project manager, having worked in several countries and countless projects all over the world. He is responsible for our current projects in Angola, but also our company representative for Angola and its surrounding countries regarding new project opportunities. We are very happy having Thiago on board. By profession an electrical engineer and being Brazilian of course a fluent Portuguese speaker, Thiago is a perfect fit for handling our projects in South-Western Africa, especially Angola.

Rose is a highly trained and experienced business administrator and a great addition to our team. She holds a Bachelor's degree in office administration and brings long term professional experience gained in several industries to our business. We are very grateful having Rose on board covering this substantial support function in our business back office.

Jay is an experienced consultant and project management professional. He supports us with his great knowledge on all of our IT and web related issues.
